Port Washington, NY – Considered one of the most important and influential creative figures in the history of British television, Dennis Potter created numerous widely-acclaimed television dramas. Often powerful and controversial, his groundbreaking works continue to enthrall audiences worldwide. This February, KOCH Vision brings to DVD for the first time three exquisite but rarely-seen teleplays shot on location and specifically produced for London Weekend Television. Feature-length dramas "Cream In My Coffee", "Blade On The Feather" and "Rain On The Roof", as well as Potter’s 1994 final television interview, arrive as DENNIS POTTER: 3 TO REMEMBER, a new 3-DVD set available in stores February 10 for $39.98 SRP.

Past and present intertwine in the 1980 production of "Cream In My Coffee", which tells the story of an elderly couple who return to the hotel where they began their affair in the early ‘30s. Flashbacks to the initial hotel visit reveal the origins of their pleasures, and the problems that followed. Cream In My Coffee stars Lionel Jeffries (Camelot, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang) and Peggy Ashcroft (A Passage to India, The 39 Steps) as the older couple in this “remarkably compelling…perfectly splendid” (New York Times) teleplay which earned five BAFTA nominations, including a Best Actress win for Ashcroft.

Also produced in 1980, Potter’s "Blade On The Feather" stars Donald Pleasance (Halloween, The Great Escape) as a reclusive, elderly author living a quiet life with his wife and daughter. The household is soon turned upside down when a young man proclaiming to be a long-time admirer shows up for a visit. Neither the author nor the admirer, played by Tom Conti (Derailed, Shirley Valentine), are really who they say they are, and a covert world of British espionage and ulterior motives is revealed.

In "Rain On The Roof", a bored and sexually frustrated housewife, played by Cheryl Campbell (Chariots Of Fire, Greystoke), begins reading lessons with an illiterate, mentally challenged young man who’s trying to come to terms with the death of his father. Knowing her husband is having an affair with a family friend, the housewife turns her attentions to the man, but her seemingly innocent flirtations are met with a murderous rage directed at her husband. "Rain On The Roof" also stars Ewan Stewart (Titanic, Rob Roy) and Michael Culver (Star Wars, A Passage To India).
